1. Subscriptions and Billing

TaskSpot offers subscription plans that grant access to specific features and benefits. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.

2. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees and product prices with 30 days' notice. Notifications will be provided via email or published on our website. Continued use of the service after price changes indicates acceptance of the updated fees.

3. Refunds

Monthly and bi-yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may qualify for a full refund if canceled within 30 days of purchase or renewal. Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected], including your order details. Refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days.

4. Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for over one year will be scheduled for deletion. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. Avoid account deletion by logging in before the inactivity period ends. Email reminders may be sent to inactive users before deletion.
